Frances was a munitions worker at Brocton Camp and whilst serving there she was in the camp hospital on two occasions with pneumonia, from 7th to 19th November 1918 and from 17th February to 22nd February 1919 when she died. The reason for her death was given as "Heart failure, effect of influenza and pneumonia."
