Hanham War Memorial

Hanham War Memorial

Hanham is situated on the north bank of the River Avon, midway between Bristol and Bath. The Hanham War Memorial, a 12 foot granite cross unveiled in February 1924, and now situated outside the Community Centre at BS15 3EJ, commemorates 69 men who lost their lives in the First World War. This community aims to include all these. To share, or request, information, please email: gerrycostellofww[at]gmail.com
